PA Housing, a major social housing provider focused on building sustainable communities, identified rising demand for EV charging across their residential estates. As more tenants adopted electric vehicles, the lack of dedicated charging facilities created daily challenges and highlighted the need for modern, accessible infrastructure.

Solution
Swift Charging was appointed to design and deliver a full EV charging solution across both residential sites.
A total of 20 EV charging sockets were installed using 22kW NexBlue chargers, positioned on a mix of posts and wall mounts to maximise parking space and accessibility.
